I have an announcement...
I have decided to move to Washington!
My motivation: I miss Mikey.
He moved up there right after he graduated. I thought I would tough it out and stay in Utah for the whole summer. I would then move there the day before our wedding in August. Well things have changed and I'm packing my bags and heading up there in a little over two weeks.
A part of me is really sad to be leaving Utah. I'm going to miss so many of my friends and (this is sad) so many different places to eat. What will I do without JDawgs, Cafe Rio, and Kneaders? Probably lose a few pounds...
The other part of me is very excited to move forward and be with Mike.

I just can't help myself, I have to post these pictures of Tressa's new baby. Her name is Ella Josephine and she was born yesterday, April 18th at 7:30am. I don't know how soon I'll get to meet this little one but I'm really looking forward to it. As you can imagine the whole family is so excited for her arrival.

The other day the we all went to the beach. We went to two actually - Hug point and Canon Beach. Surprisingly I got pretty burned. I didn't think that happened much on the Oregon Coast but it was such a nice day. Chrissy, Mike's sister taught me how to surf. I wasn't great but it was so fun.

My friends from home threw me a great shower. It was so good to see all of them, especially since it was the same day that I moved up to Washington. I love each of these girls so much and miss them like crazy!
It was at Meagan's house and she did the greatest job. The food was awesome and she decorated so cute. 
Mikey's family threw me a wonderful shower. I got to meet a lot of people and spend time with his sisters, who have been so good to me. I'm so excited to gain three more sisters. Julie made the cake in the picture above from towels and ribbon.
Nicole, who I met on my mission in Nebraska, now lives in the Northwest. That pretty much makes us neighbors! I was so excited because she got to come to the shower. It had been a while since I last saw her so it was nice to catch up.
Happy Independence Day! Mikey and I actually went back to Idaho for the fourth. It was our little bargain: I move to Vancouver early in exchange for Malad's fourth of July celebration. This is the only picture I took, oddly enough. It is up Gardner Canyon. Mikey and I seem to be making a tradition of 4-wheeling up there on the fourth.
Happy Wedding Day! My friend Erin got married. It was a beautiful day and we had a lot of fun. Erin looked amazing.
